Rehabilitation Consultant

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team of healthcare specialists.

This role involves assisting clients in regaining their independence and achieving their personal and professional goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing rehabilitation programs, identifying barriers, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments relevant to the discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Identify obstacles and design, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals in achieving maximum work participation
  • Understand various healthcare funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery objectives
  • Foster collaboration with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

Required qualifications include registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
