We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking vocational assessments, liaising with clients and other stakeholders, and delivering targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence and vocational capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and full ASORC Accreditation, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake vocational assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties.
  • Deliver targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence and vocational capacity.
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and full ASORC Accreditation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards diverse cultural groups.
  • A willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver's licence compulsory).
