Job Opportunity: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a talented professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives.
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Willingness to work in the community.
  • Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
