Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist in the Sydney Metro area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who have experienced illness, disability, or injury and provide them with the support they need to return to health and work.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that cater to each individual's unique needs. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide education and guidance to help clients achieve their goals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans;
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination of care;
- Design and deliver educational programs to promote workplace safety, injury prevention, and employee well-being;
- Monitor client progress, make adjustments to plans as needed, and ensure timely documentation and reporting;
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices in occupational rehabilitation.

Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field;
- Registration with relevant professional bodies;
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation or related field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
