Our organization is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Sydney Metro area. The ideal candidate will have a professional background in Occupational Therapy and be interested in improving return to work outcomes for individuals with workplace injuries.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can provide expert case management services, including caseload management, administrative support, and collaboration with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs for employers and employees.
  • Provide expert case management services, including caseload management, administrative support, and collaboration with employers and employees.
  • Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
  • Complete assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment, and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or injuries from motor vehicle accidents.
