This is a pivotal role within our organization where you will play a key part in the rehabilitation process of clients. Your primary objective will be to assess and address the needs of injured workers, enabling them to return to work safely and efficiently.


You will be responsible for working closely with treatment providers, including doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals, to ensure that the best recovery outcomes are achieved for your clients. This involves providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing, as well as attending various workplaces on a weekly basis to gain an understanding of the physical demands and responsibilities of different job roles.


As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will also be tasked with educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries. This includes collaborating and building relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration
  • Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
