Job Opportunity:

A highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Specialist is required to join our Sydney-based team.

  • Undertake vocational assessments to identify clients' abilities and potential
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Deliver targeted intervention strategies to enhance life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' skills, abilities, and limitations
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide expert advice on rehabilitation options and strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and full ASORC Accreditation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in rehabilitation or a related field
