Key Partnerships Role
Our organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Partnerships Manager to play a critical role in the Commercial Department, working closely with internal teams and partners to deliver high-quality partnership activations and hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial partners, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the event lifecycle.
- Oversee the implementation of contractual deliverables, including partnership activations, digital content, promotion/marketing campaigns, branding, media, hospitality, experiences, and signage.
- Work with the hospitality team to coordinate planning and delivery of hospitality entitlements and experiences.
- Lead post-event debriefs with partners, preparing performance summaries, insights, and recommendations for future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in account management and partnership servicing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver on contractual obligations.
- Proficiency with CRM and account management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a live-event environment.
