Executive Leader - Culture & Capability

We are seeking a visionary Executive to drive our Corporate Functions across Australia and the Pacific. This role requires strategic leadership, trusted partnership, and a focus on building an inclusive and high-performing environment.

The successful candidate will craft and execute a multi-year strategy aligned with our global vision and local ambitions. They will partner with senior leaders to shape a workforce that is high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready.

The role also involves leading and inspiring a team of experienced Business Partners across the region. The Executive will champion culture, capability, and change, ensuring our people thrive through transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a multi-year strategy aligned with our global vision and local ambitions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
  • Lead and inspire a team of experienced Business Partners across the region.
  • Champion culture, capability, and change, ensuring our people thrive through transformation and growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience partnering with executive teams in complex environments.
  • Deep knowledge and experience partnering in Corporate Functions.
  • Strong grasp of employment law and industrial relations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • A data-driven mindset and a passion for people and performance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
