We are seeking a visionary Culture Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a pivotal part in driving organisational change and development.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leaders, contributing to client projects, business development & marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the CEO to attract new clients and build relationships with board and executive level stakeholders;
  • Conducting data analysis to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations;
  • Working in partnership with creative teams to design award-winning cultural transformation initiatives;
  • Effective stakeholder management, establishing client expectations and communicating those across the team;
  • Working closely with project management teams to track deadlines, deliverables, resources, timelines and financial performance for each project.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current experience in organisational culture, organisational development and/or organisational design, preferably in a consulting environment;
  • The ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table;
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience delivering medium-large programs of work or running concurrent smaller projects that reflect the levels of complexity and ambiguity of typical large-scale transformations;
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills;
  • Sound research and analytical skills;
  • Demonstrated experience in project management;
  • A desire to be part of something awesome and make a difference in business and the community;
  • Highly developed communication and reporting skills.
