Key responsibilities include:
- Championing organizational culture and developing strategies to drive staff engagement
- Providing guidance on HR policies and best practices to managers and employees
- Supporting performance management processes to boost employee productivity and job satisfaction
- Collaborating with managers on talent development, training, and career growth opportunities
- Partnering with the CEO to manage the annual remuneration review cycle
