About This Role

As a champion of organisational culture, you will play a pivotal role in advancing cultural transformation by delivering wellbeing programs, strengthening events that promote inclusion, and uplifting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging through internal communications and campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Shaping and amplifying key initiatives, tailoring them across markets while embedding a unified employee experience
  • Leading the program management of a wide variety of D&I initiatives, ideally across multinational remits
  • Designing and delivering holistic wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives
  • Operating across diverse white and blue collar business units
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at executive level
  • Measuring program impact through metrics and reporting
About You

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as a specialist from within HR teams
  • HR Generalists with significant experience with the end-to-end strategic and implementation of D&I programs are encouraged to apply
  • A commercial mindset, coupled with passion for purpose-led leadership and cultural impact
