Job Title: Elevate Health & Wellbeing Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health & Wellbeing Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for promoting health and wellbeing, preventing workplace injuries, and ensuring effective injury management and return-to-work processes for injured workers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Injury Management: Lead early intervention and workers' compensation processes to ensure seamless delivery of services.
2. Training & Coaching: Empower managers and supervisors in injury reporting and management through tailored training programs.
3. Strategic Planning: Drive WHS improvements and compliance with legislation by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions.
4. Research: Collaborate with external research agencies to develop wellbeing initiatives that align with organizational goals.
5. Data Analysis: Review and analyze injury reports to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery.
6. Legislation Updates: Stay ahead of changes in workers' compensation and WHS laws to ensure compliance.
7. Initiative Development: Plan and implement wellbeing and injury management initiatives that drive positive outcomes.
8. External Coordination: Manage pre-employment medicals, workplace assessments, and other external relationships to support service delivery.
9. Accident Investigation: Determine causes and corrective actions for workplace incidents to prevent reoccurrence.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Accreditation: NSW Workover Advanced RTW Coordinator (can be obtained after commencing in the role).
- Education: Degree in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or Health and Rehabilitation.
- Experience: Proven track record in developing rehabilitation and education programs.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of health and wellbeing principles.
- Skills: Strong investigative and mentoring abilities.
