About The Role

This position involves cultivating and growing meaningful relationships with high net worth individuals and philanthropic advisors, while also managing a portfolio of active supporters to drive income growth.


Key responsibilities include developing opportunities that grow major gifts, supporting children in achieving their full potential, and applying thoughtful stewardship and strategic engagement using innovative donor management techniques.



Key Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of fundraising experience in the non-profit sector,
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets by attracting new donors,
  • Experience in pitching and presenting to high net worth individuals, philanthropic advisors, and wealth managers with a strong understanding of engagement management models,
  • Strong relationship building skills with an ability to apply best practice in donor management,
  • Outstanding communication and persuasive skills, able to be a compelling storyteller and do the ask,
  • A creative and innovative approach to fundraising practice,
  • High level of experience in successful prospecting,
  • Excellent written communication skills, along with well-developed influential and problem-solving skills,
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrable transferable skills in a similar role,
