We are seeking a strategic relationship fundraiser to join our team and help young Australians overcome educational inequality caused by poverty. As a national charity, we have worked for 100 years with thousands of children and families across communities to help them unlock better futures for themselves.

The ideal candidate will cultivate and grow meaningful relationships with Major Donors/HNWI and Philanthropic Advisors & Wealth Managers. They will be responsible for driving income growth through prospective pipeline development; thoughtful stewardship and strategic engagement using innovative and best practice donor management techniques.

About the Role

  • ">
  • We are looking for someone with 3+ years of fundraising experience in the NFP sector and a track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.">
  • The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and persuasive skills, able to be a compelling storyteller and do the ask.">
  • A creative and innovative approach to fundraising practice is essential.">
  • Excellent written communication skills, along with well-developed influential and problem-solving skills are required.">
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrable transferable skills in a similar role are necessary.">
