This newly created role will be responsible for attracting, managing, and retaining major individual donors and philanthropic foundations. You will also manage the relationship with Strategic Grants to maximise philanthropic grant applications and acquittals.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of major individual donors and philanthropic foundations, securing commitments.
  • Drive fundraising success through executing targeted donor engagement strategies and high-quality communications.
  • Strengthen relationships with donors and grant partners to secure and grow philanthropic grants.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet targets - identifying, qualifying, cultivating and soliciting stewardship of donors.
**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least five years of experience in a relationship fundraising role, preferably in major gifts. You should also have a proven track record of building, cultivating and stewarding new relationships, leading to measurable results.
