Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our state-of-the-art facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing supervised technical tasks, including maintenance on IT, RF, and electronic systems.
  • Providing technical assistance with cable, fibre, and electronics installations as needed.
  • Ensuring operational reliability and delivering high-quality work during time-critical maintenance periods.
  • Supporting logistics coordination, including shipment operations between New Norcia and European counterparts.
  • Developing documentation, including technical manuals, safe work procedures, and quality system documents.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
