The Role

This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality customer service by checking guests in and out, answering hotel reservations and guest enquiries, and settling accommodation payments.

This part-time role guarantees 48-76 hours per fortnight across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnights.

In this position, you will:

  • Provide check-in and check-out services
  • Assist with hotel reservations and guest enquiries
  • Settle accommodation payments

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience working in a front-facing customer service position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
