As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Front Office team at Holiday Inn Perth City Centre. As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that every guest leaves with great memories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering warm welcomes to all our guests, setting the tone for an enjoyable stay.
  • Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests, providing personalized service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing errors.
  • Making the check-in and check-out process swift and efficient, minimizing waiting times and maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipating guests' needs, offering tailored recommendations, and staying one step ahead to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Being the trusted contact for guests, resolving issues, and providing assistance with everything from bill queries to restaurant recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle guest concerns and compliments effectively.
  • Critical thinking skills to turn issues into opportunities, ensuring every guest leaves with great memories.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a valuable asset.
  • Literate and tech-savvy, with a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills.
