Job Title: Guest Services Ambassador

The role of the Guest Services Ambassador is to create a seamless experience for our hotel guests by ensuring the efficient delivery of luggage and parking services. This individual will play a vital part in achieving this goal by being passionate, working collaboratively as a team, and possessing excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage the daily operations of the guest services department, including team development and superior guest relations.
  • To enhance the customer service experience for hotel guests by providing exceptional guidance and direction to colleagues.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a current driver's license. A demonstrated experience in the customer service industry, strong team leadership experience, and availability to work across a 24/7 roster are also essential criteria.

PREFERRED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE DEMONSTRATED HOTEL OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE, A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (PREFFERABLY OPERA), AND A HOSPITALITY OR RELATED QUALIFICATION.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • A current WA unrestricted C class manual driver's license.
  • Demonstrated experience in the customer service industry.
  • Strong team leadership experience.
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hospitality or related qualification.
  • Hotel operational experience.
  • Strong understanding of Property Management Systems preferably Opera.
