Key Responsibilities:

* Create sales opportunities and work in a flexible manner
* Be conversant with all products features, benefits, and application
* Continually prospect for new opportunities
* Maintain regular face-to-face and phone contact with all clients
* Manage customers to create tailored business solutions
* Develop and recommend annual sales forecasts for the region
* Plan and manage the sales effort in the region
* Monitor the market within the region of control and advise management of changes in competition, product availability, quality reports or related matters
* Collaborate with other internal sales personnel or external as nominated in the planning and executing of special projects and programs within the regions
* Develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients and attend to key accounts personally to ensure satisfaction
* Participate in the recruitment, selection and training of sales staff
* Ensure business negotiations are undertaken under advice from Regional Sales Manager and CEO

Requirements:

* Sales Engineering Experience
* Certificate level / Diploma level / Degree level qualification in mechanical / electrical engineering / instrumentation disciplines
