Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our community, you will provide exceptional customer service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Processing information and service requests in a fast-paced contact centre environment
  • Collaborating with others to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service and inbound contact centre environment
  • Experience of cash handling and reconciliation procedures
  • Highly developed Customer Service, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional and pleasant telephone manner

Salary

The salary for this role is between $74,487 and $79,582 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
