As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be part of a team responsible for providing information on the city's diverse range of services to the community.

The position involves delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers in accordance with the city's Customer Service Charter, Council Policies and Procedures. You will be responsible for processing information and service requests, and will work in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in a customer service and inbound contact centre environment. You will also need to have highly developed customer service, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service and inbound contact centre environment
