As a Frontline Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support and advice to clients, face-to-face and via email, resolving day-to-day queries and triaging enquiries to others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to students, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Assist and triage enquiries, either face-to-face or via email
  • Work collaboratively with the Student Engagement Team to provide a seamless service
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the university's services and policies
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer service

Requirements

  • Experience working in a front-line customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others
  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems
