About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Support and Engagement Officer to join our team in Education Systems Management. As a key member of the Enterprise Application and Enhancements team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and reporting on the end-to-end delivery of ICT solutions for enhancements to core school, student and learning management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ideation process for requested changes to OneSchool and related applications
  • Provide high-level subject matter expertise of business processes and apply knowledge to negotiate and manage deliverables
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and submissions about items in the program of work to key stakeholders and clients
  • Effectively acquire, maintain and apply knowledge of relevant government processes, and review operational documentation to support the priorities and functions of the unit
  • Contribute to continuous improvement agendas, including the review, development and deployment of supportive processes and procedures
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in ICT and education systems management. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a team environment. You will also have a thorough understanding of Prince2 Agile project management methodology and experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps.

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong analytical mind, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. You will also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
