We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant at our QV Platinum club. As a key member of our sales and retention team, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create personalized member journeys through positive and engaging interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to member enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and motivated
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions that meet member needs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate members
- Drive and goal focus with a continuous desire to excel
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and celebrate success
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences
- A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super
