Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work with individuals to help them recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW and ACT, CTP, and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments and workplace assessments to identify individuals' functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with treating stakeholders to facilitate evidence-based recovery.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Rehab Counselling, or Psychology, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA accreditation is essential.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full driver's license and access to your own vehicle are required.
