About the Role- Manage complex physical and psychological injury cases, providing guidance and support to clients as they navigate their journey back to daily life.
- Conduct vocational assessments both in-person and virtually, helping clients achieve their identified goals through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.
- Create strong relationships with employers within NSW, fostering effective partnerships that drive successful outcomes.
- Utilize award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to individual clients' needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology or Psychology.
- Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the Occ. Rehab sector is highly desirable but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in utilizing technology to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.
