Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply clinical reasoning skills to support injured employees
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including medical specialists and allied health professionals, to develop and implement rehabilitation plans
  • Perform assessments, including vocational assessments, transferable skills assessment, job preparation services, worksite assessments, and initial needs assessments
  • Work with clients from diverse industries
