Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

This role requires a Rehabilitation Consultant to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic care approach, performing assessments and developing rehabilitation plans through case management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams. This includes collaboration with various stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply clinical reasoning skills to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans through case management.
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA or ASORC).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
