Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. On a day-to-day basis, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team working with and supporting people who have sustained psychological or physical injuries in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work, prioritizing your clients' best interests.
  • Develop targeted intervention strategies to enhance life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance.
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
  • A willingness to travel, requiring a current vehicle and driver's license.
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a commitment to delivering on promises and meeting expectations.
