We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for undertaking thorough assessments, developing and implementing effective rehabilitation strategies, and working closely with clients to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational rehabilitation assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment evaluations
  • Design and implement tailored rehabilitation plans, using occupation to enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
