Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

About the Role

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments to identify clients' needs and develop rehabilitation plans
  • Designing and implementing intervention programs to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in occupational therapy, exercise physiology, or physiotherapy
  • Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • A customer-first mindset and a focus on quality outcomes
