Drive Sales Growth
As a District Sales Manager at Toyota, you will be responsible for maximizing vehicle wholesaling, implementing best practices, and supporting dealer sales to achieve regional sales goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maximize Vehicle Wholesaling: Review dealer inventory levels and recommend the perfect mix of stock to achieve sales targets.
- Implement Best Practices: Ensure sales processes and procedures are top-notch and aligned with our policies to achieve regional sales goals.
- Support Dealer Sales: Provide expert advice to managers on sales policies and standards to boost dealer sales and marketing efforts.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Analyze and strategize dealer opportunities, plan for growth, conduct training gap analysis, manage logistics, and contribute to performance reviews.
About You
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team. You should have a keen eye for detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proven project management experience.
