Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tenancy Manager to provide high-quality tenancy services to residents living in Specialist Disability Accommodation.

The successful candidate will establish and manage individual tenancies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulation, and departmental policies. They will work closely with residents, departments, and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide high-quality and compliant Specialist Disability Accommodation tenancy service, focusing on resident satisfaction and well-being.

  • To establish and maintain productive working relationships across the department and with key stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

  • To communicate effectively with residents using their preferred mode of communication, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency or valid work permit/visa, verifying identity and eligibility for the role.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, demonstrating commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.

  • Pre-employment screening, including national police check and misconduct screening, ensuring a safe and trustworthy work environment.
