We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Tenancy Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenancies in accordance with legislation and policy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring strong relationships with stakeholders. A deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Victoria) and other relevant policies is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers to ensure compliance
  • Providing high-quality customer service to residents and their support networks
