Every year, we help thousands of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, supporting them to establish and sustain secure tenancies.

As the Tenancy Program Manager, you will lead a portfolio of housing teams, overseeing tenancy services and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

You will coach and support team leaders, manage escalated matters and represent us at VCAT.

Key to this role is developing a culture of collaboration, accountability and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar environment.

They possess strong knowledge of relevant legislation and can develop, mentor and empower leaders to drive team capability and performance.

A commitment to trauma-informed practice and resilience is also essential.
