Job Title: Administrative Officer - Catholic Schools Office
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at the Catholic Schools Office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our school staff and principal, ensuring the smooth operation of our school.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to school staff and principal, including preparing reports, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate and manage school events, meetings, and communications.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a school or educational setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced administrative environment, providing support to our school staff and principal. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
