Key Partnership and Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our organization in a key role that combines business development, fundraising, and relationship-building skills.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships and turning opportunities into results. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic partnerships with schools and corporate partners to grow inclusive initiatives across the region.
  • Securing funding through foundations, corporates, government, and philanthropists to support the organization's mission.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident working independently. They will have a passion for inclusion and purpose-led work, as well as experience in business development, partnerships, or fundraising.

This is a part-time role (3–4 days/week) offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to see the direct results of your work. We are looking for someone who is energized by seeing tangible impact from their efforts and is committed to making a positive difference in their community.
