About the Role
  • This regional manager will report directly to the DEI Lead and be strategically embedded within the People and Culture team to drive our ambitious DEI agenda.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on DEI strategies and programs.
  • Manage change initiatives to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Support employee network groups and develop impactful DEI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on communication, transformation projects, and managing external partnerships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide DEI programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including coaching and influencing.
  • Expertise in planning and coordinating strategic projects.
  • Diversity, equity and inclusion subject matter expertise or experience.
