Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of technical issues for end-users.
  • Maintain and monitor local site networks, security systems, servers, and backup systems.
  • Ensure proactive maintenance of both hardware and software infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, investigating root causes to minimize recurrence.
  • Handle incident escalations to quickly restore service and minimize disruption.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
  • A TAFE course or relevant qualification in IT is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
  • Excellent technical and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
