
Technical Support Professional

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for veterinary customers, you'll provide expert support for our in-clinic diagnostic solutions. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, responding to product inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In this position, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to veterinary clinics using our diagnostic products.
- Troubleshooting and resolving product issues with professionalism and care.
- Responding to customer queries with clarity and empathy.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Participating in a rotating roster that includes occasional Saturdays and after-hours support.
Qualifications:
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Previous experience in a customer contact or support environment.
- A strong aptitude for learning and communicating technical information.
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Familiarity with veterinary clinic operations or technical equipment support is a plus (comprehensive training provided).
