Job Title: Technical Support Professional
OverviewWe deliver comprehensive technical support to clients through multiple channels.
This position is an excellent opportunity to join our Communication Services team as a Technical Support Professional in Melbourne/Sydney.
We handle large volumes of mail packs, eCommunications and transactions, providing seamless experiences for our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert technical assistance to internal and external customers via ticketing systems, phone calls, and emails.
- Take ownership of issues from initial report to resolution, adhering to strict response and resolution service level agreements.
- Analyze data processing failures, identify recurring patterns and collaborate with stakeholders to implement preventative measures.
- Conduct incident analysis, articulate the impact on business operations and Application Support teams.
- Monitor systems, perform health checks and log analysis to detect anomalies.
- A solid foundation in core technologies and ITIL service management principles.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles or technical support positions.
- Commercial programming experience (at least 2 years).
- Familiarity with Windows, Unix, Perl and databases.
- Previous experience in technology development support.
- University degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science.
