Temporary Reception and Office Support Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to fill a Temporary Reception and Office Support position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Provide excellent customer service, manage incoming calls and email inquiries, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
  • Office & Kitchen Management: Monitor and order supplies, keep the kitchen and office areas well-stocked, and ensure a smooth running office.
  • Events Assistance: Provide support for events, including collating invites, dietary requirements, and assisting with setup and hosting.
  • Administrative Support: Handle basic typing of documents, data entry, and ordering uniforms for the team.
  • Meeting Room Readiness: Ensure meeting rooms are tidy, prepared for scheduled meetings, and offer refreshments to guests.
  • General Office Support: Download and save marketing materials, follow up with cleaners regarding the comms book, and change security tapes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven Administration Experience: Prior experience in a reception or office support role.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear and professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
