**Front Desk Manager Position Overview**

This role plays a crucial part in the efficient management of front desk procedures and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the reception area effectively
  • Providing support to staff, relatives, and visitors through timely response to their inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records of visitors' registers and incident reports
  • Assisting with administrative payroll duties and resolving queries efficiently
  • Delivering training to staff members

**Additional Duties**

The administrator will also be responsible for coordinating with the payroll team, communicating with family members of participants, maintaining records of complaints and feedback, and recording repairs and damages.

**Selection Criteria**

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Alignment with the job's vision and purposes
  • A Cert III or Diploma in Community Services or a related healthcare course
  • Equivalent courses or experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and confidentiality
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, relatives, and community
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
