CSE are looking for a professional and highly organised Reception/Office Support to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while efficiently managing travel arrangements and overseeing the day-to-day administration of our office. This multifaceted role requires excellent organisational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth office functioning and seamless travel coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised reception area
  • Arrange travel logistics for employees, consultants, and guests including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Communicate travel updates, delays, or emergencies and provide necessary support
  • Prepare travel expense reports and assist staff with travel reimbursements
  • Provide general administrative support to the branch and management, including data entry as required
Qualifications And Skills
  • Proven experience in office administration and travel coordination
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with office software and travel booking platforms is preferred
