Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Support: Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and ensure all calls are answered professionally.
- Message Management: Accurately take and deliver messages within the office.
- Visitor Management: Meet and greet visitors to the Reception area.
- Email and Document Management: Email phone messages and maintain bookings for meeting rooms and resources.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the office, including data entry and bookkeeping assistance.
- Client Database Management: Maintain the client database, ensuring it is up to date.
- Local Office Cloud Administration: Perform duties as the Local Office Cloud Administrator (LOCA).
- Staff Support: Assist with staff leave calendar management and provide support with meetings through the use of Lotus Notes and other applicable applications.
- Experience: 6-12 months in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Attributes: Positive attitude, willingness to work flexible hours, and a professional presentation at all times.
