Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Jurien Bay and Moora office, including general administration tasks.
  • Answer incoming calls at the Reception desk, transfer phone calls, and ensure all calls are answered professionally.
  • Accurately take and deliver messages within the office, meet and greet visitors, and email phone messages in a timely manner.
  • Maintain bookings for meeting rooms and resources, download and send ATO reports to clients, and deliver post to the post office.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining social media posts, binding financials to send to clients, and updating the client database.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, prepare quarterly client coding, and provide general administrative support to the office as required.
  • Adhere to the Firm's policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure all work is conducted in a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a positive ability to work as part of a team.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours and be professionally presented at all times.
  • Certificate in Business Administration and bookkeeping experience are desirable.
