Administrative Support Specialist

RSM Australia is committed to empowering and developing its employees, and we're seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Jurien Bay and Moora office, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and colleagues with general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant team members.
- Ensure all phone calls are answered professionally and messages are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Meet and greet visitors to the Reception area, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms and resources, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Prepare and send ATO reports to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver post to the post office at the end of each day, maintaining a high level of organization.
- Develop and maintain social media posts, showcasing the firm's expertise and engaging with our audience.
- Bind financial documents to clients using RSM software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Update and maintain the client database, ensuring it remains up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including preparing quarterly client coding.
- Support the management of meetings through the use of Lotus Notes and other applicable applications.
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including data entry and other tasks as required.
- 6-12 months of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive ability to work as part of a team and willingness to work flexible hours.
- Professional presentation at all times.
- Certificate in Business Administration.
- Bookkeeping experience.
