This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is passionate about delivering market-leading retirement solutions that make a real difference in members' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic product initiatives aligned with Hostplus's vision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Evaluate products to ensure they meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Analyse market trends and member insights to inform product enhancements.
  • Drive operational excellence and support distribution strategies.
What Success Looks Like:
  • Timely delivery of strategic initiatives within budget constraints.
  • High stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Products that are well-rated and aligned with member needs.
  • Clear understanding and support of Hostplus's product strategy across the business.
About You:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retirement product management or strategy, including proven experience in design and delivery of new-to-market solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and operationalise product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
